CRAFTING
A LEGACY

1177 & 1187 HIGH STREET
ARMADALE

Heirloom will be one of Melbourne’s great legacy projects, where the sum of beautiful details crafted by local artisans creates a cohesive and uniquely opulent experience.

This is a building designed for exquisite moments; from walking down the glass-encased stairway, looking down upon the lush, green Jack Merlo designed courtyard, to taking in the breathtaking views from the balconies, these are experiences to be shared for generations.

“We sought to tell a design story that was an ode to Armadale and its unique architectural heritage.”

INSPIRED BY
ARMADALE

Borne of its local context and scale, Heirloom reflects the timeless character of Armadale — Melbourne’s most idyllic suburb. The architecture is expressed in the local dialect of deep thresholds and the rhythmic language of recessed balconies, geometric forms and a hierarchy of arches particular to Edwardian and Victorian-era homes. The Heirloom residences are classic and highly contemporary in design, much like the suburb itself.

“Heirloom is inspired by the shape, texture & heritage of Armadale.”
